"Yonaguni Island" Japan's westernmost island,

The straight distance from Tokyo is over 2,000 km, making it the farthest island from Tokyo. The isolated island surrounded by the Kuroshio current has a strong influence on hammerheads.
A dream destination for big game divers, the hammerhead sharks that appear in winter are very popular!
Many divers visit from all over the world. The conditions are perfect for diving, with average visibility of 30m and average water temperature of 21℃ in winter season. and the mysterious ``underwater ruins'' that lie beneath the ocean are world-famous.
The best season to visit Yonaguni is from December to February, when seeing for hammerheads!  You may encounter large flocks of over 100 hammerheads! 
Regarding reservations for operations at Yonaguni Diving, 

Please apply for your schedule the contact form on this web site. We will reply with a confirmation later. The minimum number of participants for each time this trip is for groups only.  If you are interested, please let us know whether you would like to Yonaguni package tour from Haneda Airport, as well as the number of participants and your preferred dates. 
We will arrange for the hammerhead shark season, which runs from December to March.

We can accommodate your request for the hotel you will stay at. We have private dormitories, twin bedrooms, and double bedrooms. Please let us know the number of people and the room type you would like.
​Note: We may not be able to accommodate your request if there are busy.​​

  • Day 1: Departure from Haneda at 8:45, arrival in Naha at 11:45, departure from Naha at 14:35, arrival in Yonaguni at 16:00: Stay at a hotel in Yonaguni.
  • Day 2: 3 dives
  • Day 3: 3 dives
  • ​Day 4: Depart Yonaguni at 16:30 - Arrive Ishigaki at 17:00 Depart Ishigaki at 19:30 - Arrive Haneda at 22:05

Take note: This flight pattern allows for 6 dives.

  • Day 1: Depart Haneda at 16:00 - Arrive Naha at 18:55 Or Depart Haneda at 17:05 - Arrive Naha at 20:00 Or Depart Haneda at 20:00 - Arrive Naha at 22:50: Overnight at a hotel in Naha.
  • Day 2: Departure from Naha at 7:15 - Arrival at Yonaguni at 8:35　２dives on the day 
  • Day 3: 3 dives
  • ​Day 4: Depart Yonaguni at 16:30 - Arrive Ishigaki at 17:00 Depart Ishigaki at 19:30 - Arrive Haneda at 22:05

Diving day Schedules  
  • 08:00 am Departure from Hotel.​
  • 08:45 am at the Boat site Gear's set up.​
  • 09:00 am First Dive.
  • 11:30 am Lunch time.
  • 13:00 pm Second Dive.
  • 15:30 pm 3rd Dive.
  • 16:30 pm Gear's pack up. 
  • 17:00 pm Leave from Dive site​ to your hotel.

The PADI instructor guide with you.
A PADI English-speaking instructor will go with you on your diving trip (all dive staff speak English, French, and Japanese). At least two people are needed for operations. Divers on their own should ask about the schedule.  To make a reservation, please fill out the form. Please get in touch with us, etc., before making a reservation if you have any questions about the program. 

If you are participating in big group, or dive shops tours, please contact us so that we can make special arrangements.
Please note and Necessary
  • ​Diver Certification bring it on the day any diving organization (SSI, BSAC, CMAS, NAUI) are also welcome.​​​
  • You need to have a good level of experience.  
  • You need to have logged at least over 100 logged dives and hold an Advanced Open Water Diver.
  • You also need to know how to use an SMB (DSMB).
  • Towel, Sandals, Swimwear, inner Laters, 
  • Logbook (if you have one) ​
  • Rental equipment sizes are limited. If you are over 195 cm tall, heavier than 110 kilos or have feet larger than 30 cm, please contact us.​
  • Participants under the age of 18 need a signature of a parent or guardian.
  • After confirming a reservation, kindly finish the payment within three days. The payment deadline is the day following the application date if the dive schedule is within a week. You can pay online with a credit card or by bank transfer.​ (Payments cannot be made on the day of the dive. )​

Note:

Take note 
Only December through the end of March is this diving location available, A minimum of two participants are needed for each dive tour date. 

Please only take part if you are able to adhere to the rules and regulations. 
  • Participants need to have a good level of experience.  
  • Participants need to have logged at least over 50 logged dives and hold an Advanced Open Water Diver.​
  • Participants also need to know how to use an SMB (DSMB).​
  • Participants must be able to gear up by yourself without assistance.
  • Participants must be able to descend and ascend without assistance.
  • A dive computer and SMB are required.
  • Participants have not dived for more than a year, please do a check dive before other day.​​
  • Please refrain from participating if you have a medical history.
  • In order to obtain your air tickets, cancellation fee after application and payment will be 100%.
