PADI 5 Star Instructor Deployment Dive Resort
Our company was started back in 2001 by Nobuhiko Usami (PADI-806229). He first opened for business in Tokyo after becoming a certified course director at PADI's US headquarters in California. After our long history of providing overseas customers with diving experiences, East dive is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center based in Tokyo and Odawara, and diving operating base of Atami, we have been doing business for here for almost over twenty years now. |

Recruiting internship staff from spring 2025
East Dive is looking for seasonal staff from spring to fall 2025. We are looking for four people who are interested in diving work and want to learn as an intern. Our ocean base is the Izu Peninsula. We are creating an environment where you can make use of your past experiences and gain further experience. General diver support will fall within the purview of the intern personnel. Divers' reception, facility tours, equipment loading and unloading, etc. Of course, there will also be diving training. You will be communicating with and supporting divers from different countries.
This is an example of an internship to become a professional diver.

Internship Working Conditions
- For internship positions, you must do weekend and holiday work as possible. and over 4days a month minimam.
- It doesn't matter if you can't speak Japanese.
- 95% of the classes we teach are English classes.
- The place of work will be the Izu Peninsula.
- Accommodation will be provided for consecutive dates such as weekends.
- Arrival and departure will be at Atami Station.
- Intern ship Staff includes lunch and drinks. Staff uniforms will also be provided free.
- You have two month of training beginning.
- Study materials required for each course need Parchers.
- We are looking for both men's and women's.
- Any nationality is welcome.
- University students and international students are also welcome.
- Limited to residents in Japan. We do not provide visa support.
- Those who do not have a Japan visa recommend Woking holiday visa.
- If you have Japanese nationality, there is very welcome.

Recruiting regular staff if you are already an PADI instructor
- Full-time or part-time during season
- For part-time positions, only weekend and holiday work as possible. PADI Instructors must have teaching status.
- If you already have experience, you'll be in charge of the class in soon.
- If you do not have experience yet, we will support you with an internship teaching class.
- You can also take out liability insurance from the scuba union in Japan.
- It doesn't matter if you can't speak Japanese.
- 95% of the classes we teach are English classes.
- The place of work will be the Izu Peninsula.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Staff includes lunch and drinks. Staff uniforms will also be provided free.
- You have several weeks of training depends on your experienced.
- We are looking for both men and women.
- Any nationality is welcome.
- Limited to residents in Japan. We do not provide visa support.
