IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Transfer Service 
Free round trip Atami Station to Dive site. 
​
Meeting point: (Every day)  JR Atami Station :(There is only one gate) 

  • 8:15 am Meet at Atami station 
  • 8:30 am Departure
  • 40~50 minutes arrive at Izu Peninsula dive site
  • 9:30 am Dive site 
  • Start diving adventure!
  • Around 5:00~6:00 pm Back to Atami Station
 
  • If you want meet at dive site let us know, depends on time arrived at dive site,
  • Diving team come from Ocean base and after dives back to base, team not back to Tokyo, ​
  • ​If you are taking public transport, you can take you can relax and take some extra time to enjoy Atami.

​Atami Station 
There are several ways to get there.
 
Option 1:
Shinkansen from Tokyo.
Please board the Kodama Shinkansen from Tokyo. (Please don’t board the Hikari or Nozomi Shinkansen, as they do 
not stop at Atami!) Please board the Shinkansen that leaves Tokyo at 7:26, Shinagawa at 7:34 and Shin-Yokohama at 7:45. This train arrives at 8:11 in time for our 8:15 pickup at Atami. Please plan ample time for buying tickets at the station. You are welcome to take an earlier train, but any trains departing later than the Tokyo 7:26 Kodama Shinkansen will not arrive in time for the pickup.

 
We recommend you set aside 15-20 minutes of time for buying tickets at the Shinkansen Information Center.
You can ask the Information Center to staff if you need any help.

 
  • A one-way ticket from Tokyo costs ¥3670. (47 minutes)
  • A one-way ticket from Shinagawa ¥3670 (39 minutes)
  • A one-way ticket from Shin-yokohama ¥3050 (28 minutes)

*If you're from a foreign country and have a JR pass, it's free.

​Option 2:
The JR Tokaido Line
Please take the local Tokaido Line bound for Atami. Board the train that leaves Tokyo at 6:18, Shinagawa at 6:27, and Yokohama at 6:45.
 
  • A one-way ticket from Tokyo ¥1940 (1 hour, 56 minutes)
  • A one-way ticket from Shinagawa ¥1940 (1 hour, 47 minutes)
  • A one-way ticket from Yokohama ¥1320 (1 hour, 29 minutes)
 
Additionally, there are many business hotels in Atami if you wish to arrive the night before.
 Please ensure you arrive in Atami before 8:15 otherwise the van will depart without you.
 You will be able to see our staff as soon as you exit the station.

Come to Atami by car:
  • ​​We will meet at JR Atami Station: 8:15 AM 
  • Parking at the station is free for the first 30 minutes. 
  • Participants in the PADI Open Water Course will meet us here for the first day of the course. Those participating in other courses can choose to meet us at the dive site. 
  • If you wish to meet us at the dive site, we will send you an additional email with details of the location.

After Diving Get to know Atami
Atami Station Drop-Off 
When you finish diving you will be dropped off at Atami station around 5-6pm. We recommend after the drop off that you take the opportunity to check out the local onsen, sea food, firework festivals and more! Check out the tourist center at the station for more information.
The coastal city of Atami has many restaurants offering fresh, Japanese seafood. We recommend the 'kaisendon.  Why not refresh your body and mind at one of the onsen spa. and also, it is very popular ​Several times a year the night sky is lit up with a spectacular fireworks display.  you can also short trip Atami beach, adventure attraction, seeing a castle, enjoy the day and night your trip and vacation,
