Study at your own speed from home.
You should begin your Free diving adventure with digital learning! you can complete the study portion of the PADI FreeDiving Experience, on your computer or tablet any smartphone. With e-learning, you may study from any location. All of the quizzes are available online. You can access the online e-Learning from anywhere at any time. You can select the one that best suits your needs when it comes to learning. Not only that, but you may choose the language you want to study in, making e-learning accessible to everyone. |
Learn the basics of Freediving.
The contents are kept simple so that anyone can do it! Participants will receive a e-Learning. This teaches you things like how to manage water breth and other Freediving skills. With your PADI Freediving instructor, you'll have mastered it in no time.
We'll learn how to use the Free diving, and you'll get to know how to wear the Free diving gear. Find out how to wear and use each piece of equipment for your first Free diving. Once you're in the water, the fit of the Masck, fins, and wetsuit will feel different. We'll ensure you're kitted out properly with rental that fits you. You only need to bring a swimsuit.

Before you start holding breath underwater, you'll begin learning how to breathe and relax properly. And then, we’ll gradually start practicing the safety skills. Your PADI Free diving instructor will help you get the hang of equalizing the pressure in your ears and moving your body underwater.

Yoko Ota -free diving athlete/PADI Instructor
She is a Japan-based freediving athlete and instructor, and one of the few teaches in fluent English.She started freediving in Manazuru in 2019, became a member of the Japan national team in 2020, and represented Japan in the AIDA Pool World Championships in 2022 and 2023. She continues to compete actively as an individual athlete. After leaving her corporate job, she became a full-time instructor in 2021 and has since dedicated herself to training, competing, and sharing the beauty of free diving. Her personal bests include 60m in Constant Weight (CWT) and 5:30 in Static Apnea (STA). |

PADI will posting the certification to your home.
This contains your photo, ID number and any other important information you'll need to show that you're a certified diver. This means that you'll be ready to go Free diving the very next day! Additionally, you will be issued a freediving Certification Card. It takes approximately 7 to10 days for this to arrive from the PADI office to your home. Pool Facilities (Indoor heated diving pool）
You don't have to worry about the weather because we will be honing our diving techniques in an indoor, heated pool. All year round, people can utilize the pool. Features of the pool include 25m The length, 15m widths, and 5m deep water pool, A vending machine, microwave, hot water, warm showers, restrooms, and a break room are among the amenities available outside. |

Ocean Facilities (Izu peninsula）
The FreeDiving program will take place at the East izu or West izu peninsula. The calm water and underwater landscape make it the perfect location for Free diving to practice their skills. The depth from over 8-10ｍ, so you will have great depth to practice. Outside facilities include: a break room, rest rooms, heated showers, baths, a microwave, hot water, a refrigerator and a vending machine. |
Underwater training dives
We suggest this well-liked location for the greatest training diving on the Izu Peninsula. These two dive spots are in FUTO and KOGANEZAKI, and they're both in ideal locations for training dives for Freediving. Even novice divers can have fun here from the shore dives point. In these waters, a diverse array of tropical fish can be seen in the stunning underwater scenery. also, very safe training dive spot we recommend.
